Feb 15, (PRINTWORDS NEWS) The young and beautiful, CBS reporter Serene Branson, was looking apparently healthy, as she was reporting live from the red carpet of Grammy Awards. No one expected the well dressed reporter to go out of control, and spoil the spirit of the show. However, all of a sudden, she started slurring her words and whatever she said seemed incomprehensible to hundreds of live audiences, who were watching her on the TV. The cameraman had no other options, but to cut the camera and stop it from rolling. At that time, no one could understand the reason behind her inability to speak.

However, according to sources, she was immediately dropped home by the crew members and was asked to rest. The spokesman of CBS, Mike Nelson said that right after the broadcast, she was treated by paramedics. He also added that her vital signs seemed normal and therefore she was not hospitalized after the incident. Although that night she was unwell, the next morning, she felt better. The fact remains that although she fine right now, her condition should not be taken lightly. Infact, after watching her live on the show, many doctors were quite worried about her.

According to Dr. Larry Goldstein, it was a very scary situation. He said that Serene Branson might be suffering from Aphasia, which in an easier language, may be defined as problem in speaking or expressing language. He said that it is a right sided facial weakness, that might also lead to stroke and other deadly consequences. Dr. Dawn Kleindorfer said that all those who suffer from similar problems should not take it lightly and  immediately consult the doctors.
