Jan 8, (PRINTWORDS NEWS) The wedding day is the most special ceremony in the life of any woman who want to look their ravishing best on the special day. The same is true for former Newark resident Donna Curry who will featured  on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” on Friday night with her ‘perfect wedding dress’. Donna’s mind-blowing innovative outfit is the creation of 46-year old Israeli bridal designer, Pnina Tornai.

The essence of Donna’s satisfaction and happiness is palpable from her statement, “It was perfect. It was exactly me,” which she added while describing her experience on the show. The graceful and fashionable pink wedding dress was embedded with crystals making it the must-have for all brides-to-be. Tornai’s bridal outfit is inclusive of corset-style bodice accompanied with a marvelous sweetheart neckline and  a full tulle shirt. The wedding dress adorned by Donna on the latest season of “Say Yes to the Dress” surely blew away the minds of the female audiences who were left craving for the ace designer’s beautiful collection.

As for Donna, the wedding bells started ringing after she reunited with Dave Calloway, one of her high school friend at their 40th re-union at Newark Catholic High School in 2009. Within a span of less than two years, the pair decided to walk down the aisle. It was that very moment when Donna came to New York for selecting the prefect dress for the D-day. The bride-to-be chose the a store on West 20th Street, home to the TLC show “Say Yes to the Dress.” Donna revealed that at that very moment she was unaware of that show. However, now the ravishing lady has turned into  a faithful viewer of this show. “I have learned that now every woman watches ‘Say Yes to the Dress’. They know it, they watch it faithfully,” the Henderson resident told media outlets. Donna further goes on to say that the executives of TLC visited her on the third day of the five-day fitting and approached her for the show.

Donna revealed the fact that for the next 2 days the crew of the show shutter bugged almost her every move as she tried on the dresses in search of the perfect one. On 30th October, the couple tied the knot in a gala ceremony. “I thought it was fun. I think it’s exciting. I had no hesitation. It was a neat experience,” Donna concludes.
